Voici un fait vécu à un client qui me touche et qui est mis en lumière dans la vidéo Youtube virale de Joe Grand, le célèbre hacker “White Hat”:
Tout commence en 2021. Un client me contacte, complètement dévasté. Il m’explique avoir perdu sa clé de secours à son portefeuille de crypto de façon spectaculaire... Ses BTC sont donc coincés sur un Trezor de première génération et il ne se souvient plus du PIN et n’a pas accès aux mots de passe. À ce moment-là, c’était l’impasse totale.
On a pris un pari audacieux attendre que la technologie évolue et que le futur nous apporte une solution pour, peut-être, récupérer ses fonds. Il y a un an, en avril 2025, ce moment est enfin arrivé. Nous nous sommes rendus à Portland, aux États-Unis, pour cette “mission impossible” afin de remettre en main propre l’appareil à Joe Grand pour une tentative de récupération de dernière chance.

I want to share a true story involving one of our clients—a journey that was recently featured in a viral YouTube video by the legendary “White Hat” hacker, Joe Grand.
It all started back in 2021. A client reached out to me, completely devastated. He explained that he had lost the backup key to his crypto wallet in a truly spectacular fashion... His BTC was trapped on a first-generation Trezor; he couldn’t remember the PIN and had no access to his recovery phrases. At that time, it was a total dead end.
We made a bold bet: to wait. We waited for technology to evolve, hoping the future would bring a solution to finally recover his funds.
A year ago, in April 2025, that moment finally arrived. We traveled to Portland, Oregon, for this “mission impossible” to hand-deliver the device to Joe Grand for a last-chance recovery attempt.
